How does reservation process work?

 

We send you a link to our online intake form. Once filled out, we then email you the deposit invoice. Discounts are credited within the deposit invoice. The remaining balance will again be emailed and payable online. 

 

Where will my dog be staying?

 

Your dog will stay with us in our personal homes. 

 

Will I get updates?

 

Yes, every day via pictures, videos or texts.

 

What do I bring?

 

Two weeks worth of food.

Free Refresher Lessons for life

What are "free refresher lessons for life?"

​

For the life of your dog and at no charge. Monthly group session located near a trainer and open to only alumni.  

 

Can you guarantee my dog will no longer be reactive or aggressive?

 

We can never guarantee a fix for aggression, but we can curve it and set you up for success.

 

Do I have to be present to drop off my dog?

 

No, you can have someone drop off on your behalf.

 

Do I need to be present on pick up day?

 

Yes, and it is very important.

 

What if I want my deposit back?

 

Non-refundable if canceling within 30 days of scheduled training date.

How will my dog be transported?

 

Your dog will ride crated in the trainers vehicle for safety.

 

Will my dog forget who I am?

 

No way!

 

Will my dog’s personality change?

 

Only in a sense he/she will listen to you, but will still be the same goofy self.

 

How do I maintain after my dog is home?

Putting the collar on and communicating with your dog is maintaining training. 

 

What is an E-Collar?

 

It is a dog collar that uses the same medical grade  stimulation as seen in physical therapy..

Will the collar interfere with an electric fence?

No, the collar only provides a stimulation when you push the buttons. 

 

Behavioral concerns outside of the basics. Will my dog be fixed?

Coming into our program we will identify what is causing your dogs unpreffered behavior. We then, re-socialize with our positive love and affection.
